You have the right to request the deletion of your Hydrio: Water Tracker account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the available methods, what is removed, and what is not.

How to delete your account

In the App (recommended)

1. Open Settings and select the option to delete your account.
2. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deletion is carried out immediately after confirmation, and you are signed out at the end of the process. If you want to keep a copy of your history first, Settings also offers a CSV export.

By email

If you cannot sign in to the App, send a request to hydrio@ratajski.info from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm the request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days of confirmation. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

What is deleted

Completing deletion permanently removes the following Hydrio data:

• your hydration entries, including amounts, any notes you added and the times they were logged;
• your daily hydration goals, including the body weight you entered if you used weight-based target suggestions;
• your reminder settings;
• your display preferences, such as units, glass size, theme and language;
• your profile, including the name and avatar you provided.

What is not deleted

• Your shared sign-in account. Authentication is shared with other, separately operated applications of the same developer. Deleting your Hydrio: Water Tracker data does not delete an account you use in another of those applications, and does not remove the shared sign-in record itself.
• Data belonging to other applications of the same developer that you have used separately.
• Purchase and subscription records held by the stores. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel an active subscription through the store before deleting your account. Purchase records may be retained in anonymized form for up to 180 days for legal and financial compliance purposes.
• Information we are required to keep for legal compliance or for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, for the applicable limitation period.

Reactivation

Your Hydrio: Water Tracker account is marked as deleted rather than removed from the shared sign-in system. If you sign in again, the App offers to reactivate the account. Reactivation restores access to the App; it does not restore the data listed above, which is deleted permanently.
