You have the right to request the deletion of your Pax Dei LFG account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the available methods, what is removed, and what is not.

How to delete your account

In the App (recommended)

1. Open Profile and select Delete account.
2. Read the confirmation screen, which lists the consequences of deletion.
3. Confirm that you understand, then confirm deletion.

Deletion is carried out immediately after confirmation. You are signed out at the end of the process.

By email

If you cannot sign in to the App, send a request to paxdeilfg@ratajski.info from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm the request within 2 business days and complete it within 30 days of confirmation. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

What is deleted

Completing deletion permanently removes the following Pax Dei LFG data from the active database:

• events you created;
• your participation records in events;
• your Pax Dei LFG preferences and settings;
• your Discord integration connection, including the stored webhook credential;
• Discord messages queued for delivery that have not yet been sent;
• push notification registration data for your devices.

This is deletion of the relevant Pax Dei LFG data, not suspension. Returning to the App later does not restore deleted events, participation records, preferences or integration data.

What is not deleted

• Your shared sign-in account. Authentication infrastructure is shared with other, separately operated applications of the same developer. Deleting Pax Dei LFG data does not delete an account you use in another of those applications, and does not remove the shared sign-in record itself. Your Pax Dei LFG account is marked as deleted; the App can be reactivated later, but the deleted Pax Dei LFG data does not come back.
• Data belonging to other applications of the same developer that you have used separately.
• Messages already delivered to Discord. Content published to a Discord channel before deletion remains on Discord and is outside our control. Removing it, and removing the webhook itself, is done in Discord.
• Information we are required to keep for legal compliance or for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims, for the applicable limitation period.

Backups

We do not maintain separate application-level backups of Pax Dei LFG user data, and the current database service plan does not include automatic daily database backups. Deleted data is therefore not retained in an application backup after deletion.
