Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions Support Delete Account
Effective Date: 25 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected in connection with Moje Starty do Licencji (the “App”).
The controller responsible for personal data processed through the App is:
Paweł Ratajski
Email: startlicence@ratajski.info
Privacy requests and questions may be submitted using the email address above.
This Privacy Policy applies only to Moje Starty do Licencji.
Separate documents describe the Terms and Conditions, support arrangements, and the procedure for deleting a Moje Starty do Licencji account.
The App is designed to work locally on your device. The records you keep in the App — your seasons, disciplines, competitions, start counts, notes, source links and attached PDF files — are stored only on your device. They are not sent to our servers, and we have no access to them.
The App can be used without an email address and without an internet connection. A limited amount of information is processed by our service providers only to create a guest or registered account, to link purchases to that account and to keep the service secure. This is described below.
Because your records are stored only on your device, they are lost if the App is uninstalled, its data is cleared or the device is lost, unless you have exported them first. The App currently does not offer a cloud backup.
Attached PDF files may contain personal data of other people, such as names on a results list. They remain on your device unless you share them yourself, for example in an exported PDF.
The App does not download, read or verify the content of a source link. A link is opened in your external browser only when you tap it.
When the App can connect to the internet, it creates a guest account. A guest account is assigned an anonymous technical identifier and does not require an email address.
If you sign in to an existing account, we also process:
Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. We do not have access to your password in plain text.
Sign-in is shared with other, separately operated applications of the same controller. We therefore also keep a record that your account uses this App, and the status of your account in this App (for example active or deleted).
If you buy Premium, we process information about that purchase and its status, including the account identifier described above, the products purchased, purchase and expiry dates, the store used and whether an entitlement is currently active.
The payment itself is handled by the store from which you obtained the App. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
When the App communicates with its service providers, the following information may be processed:
This information is used only to operate, secure, diagnose and maintain the App.
The App does not use advertising SDKs, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics.
The App can export your data as a JSON file (free) and as a PDF summary for your club (Premium). Exports are generated on your device and passed to the system share sheet. You decide where an export is sent or saved. Once shared, the export is outside our control.
For users in the European Economic Area, the purposes and corresponding legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR are as follows:
| Purpose | Categories of information | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Providing guest access | Anonymous identifier, account status | Performance of the service requested by the user — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Signing in to an existing account | Account and authentication information | Performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Selling, restoring and verifying Premium | Account identifier, purchase and subscription information | Performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Securing the App, preventing abuse and diagnosing failures | Technical, operational and security information | Our legitimate interest in protecting users, the App and its infrastructure — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR |
| Responding to support requests | Contact details and the content of the request | Performance of a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Responding to privacy requests and complying with legal duties, including accounting and tax obligations | Information necessary to handle the request or obligation | Compliance with a legal obligation — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR |
| Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims | Information relevant to the claim | Our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR |
Information stored only on your device (Section 4.1) is not processed by us.
We do not use personal data for advertising, profiling or the sale of personal data.
Supabase provides authentication, the account database and access-control mechanisms. The Supabase project used by the App is hosted in the European Union, in the Paris, France region.
More information: Supabase Privacy Policy
RevenueCat manages subscriptions and purchase entitlements. It receives the account identifier together with transaction and entitlement information reported by the app stores, and basic technical information needed to process requests.
More information: RevenueCat Privacy Policy
Purchases are processed by the store from which you obtained the App (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC or Apple Inc.). The store acts as the seller and payment processor, and its processing of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
The account database is hosted in the European Union. Some service providers, including RevenueCat, Google and Apple, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, transfers are handled using a recognised legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
The account deletion procedure is described in the separate document available at https://ratajski.info/apps/mojestartydolicencji/delete-account.html.
Protect your device with a screen lock: anyone with access to your unlocked device can see the records stored in the App.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
Data stored only on your device is under your direct control: you can view, correct, export (JSON) and delete it in the App at any time. We cannot access, export or delete it on your behalf.
Requests concerning data processed by us may be sent to startlicence@ratajski.info. We may need to verify your identity. For a guest account, include the user identifier shown in the App’s Settings.
Users in Poland may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych. Users in other countries may contact the data protection authority of their place of residence.
The App does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. The progress counter only adds up the starts you entered and marked as counting towards your licence.
The App is intended for users aged 13 or older, including junior competitors. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal data through the App, we will take reasonable steps to delete that data.
The core processing described in Section 7 is not based on consent. Purchases made by minors are subject to the rules of the relevant app store, including parental controls and any consent required by law.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child under 13 is using the App, or who wishes to exercise rights on behalf of a minor, may contact us at startlicence@ratajski.info.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its service providers, legal requirements or data-processing practices change — in particular, before any cloud backup is introduced. The effective date at the beginning of the document identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated through an additional notice.
