How to get help

When contacting support, include:

• Your device model and operating system version

Please do not send attached competition announcements or other documents unless we ask for them.

Common questions

Why does a competition not count towards my progress?

Only competitions marked “Te zawody liczą się do licencji” are counted. Open the competition, edit it and check that option. Starts are counted only in the disciplines selected for the season.

I am changing phones. How do I keep my records?

Your records are stored only on your device. Before changing or resetting your phone, use the free JSON export in the App and keep the file somewhere safe.

I reinstalled the App and Premium is gone.

Open the App’s Settings and use Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Google or Apple account you used to buy Premium.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel in your store account’s subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Are the requirements in the App official?

No. The App is not an official PZSS or club system. Always check the current requirements with your club or association.
