Moje Starty do Licencji — Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Moje Starty do Licencji (the "App") operated by Paweł Ratajski ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

What the App Is

The App is a personal record-keeping tool that helps sport shooters keep track of the competition starts they need to renew a competitor licence. You enter competitions and the number of starts per discipline, and the App adds up the starts from competitions you have marked as counting towards your licence.

Not an Official Service

The App is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated on behalf of the Polish Sport Shooting Association (PZSS), any regional association (WZSS), any club or any public authority. It is not an official register of starts, and its summaries are not an official confirmation of anything.

Your Responsibility for Entries

• You decide whether a competition counts towards your licence. This is your own declaration; the App does not verify it.
• The requirements shown in the App (such as the number of starts in the leading and additional disciplines) reflect the configuration in the App at the time and may not match the rules that apply to you. Rules can change. Always check the current requirements with your club or the relevant association.
• The App does not check source links or attached documents, and does not guarantee that a licence application prepared with its help will be accepted.

Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App with the knowledge of a parent or legal guardian, and purchases require their consent where the law or the app store requires it.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

The App creates a guest account automatically and can be used without an email address. You may also sign in to an existing account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Your Data and Backups

Your records and attached files are stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy. If the App is uninstalled, its data is cleared or your device is lost, your records cannot be recovered by us. The App offers a free JSON export; we recommend exporting regularly and keeping the file in a safe place.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you enter or attach. Attach only documents you are entitled to use, and do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or contains malware.

Premium

Core features — keeping a season, adding competitions, the progress counter, history, the reminder and JSON export — are free. Premium adds paid features, such as a PDF summary for your club with attached announcements included as additional pages. Current prices and the scope of Premium are shown in the App before purchase.

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to that store’s terms, including its rules on payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the end of the current period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• You can restore purchases on a new installation using the Restore Purchases option in the App.
• If Premium ends, you keep full access to your records and to JSON export.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features and code, is owned by Paweł Ratajski and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including rights relating to the conformity of digital content and services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paweł Ratajski shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data stored on your device, or the outcome of a licence application, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to account-based features if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. Termination does not remove the records stored on your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page and, for material changes, inform you in the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example through the consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).
